Spacious and modern rooms, however, lacking a closet. Convenient location at the city center. 🏙️

My room included climate control, TV and a writing desk. The hotel was in the heart of Boston;)))

The rooms here are modern and tidy, but they could use a closet to hang our stuff. the staff is friendly and always ready to help out. 😊

The staff was friendly. The hotel was very clean and the location was perfect, close to good shopping centers and beautiful old and new landmarks.
We would like to suggest that at the moment of registration, the staff explain the hotel perks.

I stayed at the hotel several times. It situated in historical center, it is close by attractions as well as by business district of Boston. Also it is relatively cheap for this area.
The hotel room need renovation, especially bathrooms. It was much better 2-3 years ago when I stayed there.

The room was comfortable, with a suitable bathroom. (No interesting view but we did not mind, as we were in the room only at night ). The location was excellent as it was on an important avenue and we could get any transport . There were restaurants, for different budgets, five minutes walk from there. Breakfast was really satisfactory. We enjoyed our stay. On top of that we had free internet.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Free computer printing in the Business centre. Location in Back Bay close to two different T (subway) lines. Very quiet for a city centre hotel.
Self serve breakfast on plastic plates was functional but lacked charm and did not encourage lingering. Three separate taxes added to the bill are mandatory and should be included in the quoted price.
